Chop tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapeno, and bell peppers until they are nice and fine.
Once you are happy with the chopping, add lime juice and cilantro then mix everything all together in a large bowl.
Add a dash of Doc's Salt Free Hot Sauce to taste.
