Throwing a Super Bowl party? This chicken wings recipe will score you points for being not only delicious but also healthy!
1 quart vegetable oil
24 chicken wings
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
5 tablespoons Doc’s Salt Free Hot Sauce
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 375 degrees. Deep fry the chicken wings in oil for about 10 minutes or until done. Remove the chicken wings and drain on paper towels.
2. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Stir in the unsalted butter, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce. Season with pepper to taste. Add the cooked chicken to sauce and stir over low heat. The longer the wings simmer in the sauce, the hotter they will be!
3. Serve with a salt free ranch dressing!
